We are considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. We are not contracted with any insurance agencies. In certain scenarios, we can submit a claim through your insurance. Any reimbursement provided to our office by your insurance company will be either applied to your account or reimbursed back to you. The same applies for diagnostic testing. We ask that our clients pay out of pocket for all services as we attempt to get any reimbursement.

Our practice is very detailed oriented and patients should expect to spend between 30 -90 minutes for an initial office visit. The fees for a new patient can range from $265-$350. All subsequent follow up visits range from $110-$220. Any diagnostic assessments, Injections, IV’s, treatments, and supplements are additional.

Yes. We offer complete laboratory services, including blood draws, Intravenous therapies, and additional non-invasive diagnostic testing. Please call our office for a complete list of Laboratory services.

Joseph Radish is our National Board Certified Physician Assistant. Physician Assistants’ complete an intense accelerated medical training curriculum where they work under the license of their supervising physician. Joseph has been extensively trained and has worked with some of the most respected Anti-Aging and Integrative medicine physicians in the world.

Our office visit charges do not include testing or supplements. All recommended supplements/treatments are in addition to any charges for office visits. As with the office visits, some insurance companies may help cover costs for supplements. Please contact your insurance provider for more details.
